Thanks for shopping with preciselamp.com. Here is our shipping policy for your reference to decide to purchase our fixtures.
We have offices and warehouse in the US and China, our factories are in China. Your package may be shipped from China or the US to its destination. To keep track of your order, contact us at info@preciselamp.com so we can provide you the order’s tracking number.
Order Processing and Shipping:
The overall processing time of an order depends on the order preparation time and the delivery transporation time.
Usually, the order preparation time will take up to 5~10 working days to process after your order is placed and final confirmed, including assembly, quality inspection, package ready and son on. Please understand, thank you.
About the delivery time, it depends on your order destination and the item size. If your order is oversized fixture, to ensure the transporation safety, it is preferred to use free sea shipping, which usually takes 4~6 weeks, please be patient. If your order is not so big size one, we will use express for the delivery without extra cost, which takes about 7~15 working days. And if you need expedite the delivery for the big size fixture, please contact us at info@preciselamp.com in advance to obtain a quote from us.
The stated shipping and delivery days are estimated only, international shipping might experience delay due to uncontrollable factors such as flood, storming, earthquake, pandemic or maritime incident. We are looking forward to your undestanding and sincerely appologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Usually tracking number will be activated within 24 hours after shipment.
After your order placed, you will receive emails or messages for order and shipping confirmation, please make sure that all your shipping information is correct when placing an order, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages or costs associated with an incorrectly provided address.
If the receiving signature is not required, forwarder will determine at their own discretion if an area is secure to leave a package. If signature is required, forwarder will try their best to obtain a signature from someone at the address or nearby. If the signature can't be obtained, forwarder may leave a door tag with further instructions. Check your traking info for details on the latest delivery attempts.
To avoid failure of receiving delivery, in case you are not able to receive a package as the planned time, you can contact your local express accordingly in advance. The forwarder will attempt to deliver a package 1 time, but if the package is undeliverable (e.g. no signature can be obtained, wrong address, etc.) then forwarder will hold the package at a local facility for a short time before they return the package to us. When this happens, forwarder will charge us a second time to return the package, which need be paid by you. And, if it is necessary to change an address, in every case forwarder will charge you a change address fee, and if the new address is not near the incorrect address, forwarder will charge you also for the additional redelivery cost. Or, if you no longer want the package, then a refund will be issued minus the return shipping cost to our warehouse and the cost of shipping the initial items to your destination. In case the shipping caused fixture damaged or lost, we will send you a new fixtrue for free. If a package is marked as "delivered" but cannot be located, it is likely the package is nearby or may still be on a delivery truck and is not yet lost. Typically the package will be delivered the next day. If the package still cannot be found, it needs you to contact local express and request a "trace" to locate the package(s). In order to be considered for a refund or replacement, a trace to confirm the package is lost must be requrested by you, and all traces must be done within 7 days of delivery. Outside this time slot, we are no longer able to file a loss claim with forwarder to recover the cost of the lost or stolen item.
Regarding the tax, in almost all cases, prices listed on the website is already with taxes included, we provide door to door delivery. However, in certain cases especially on larger orders, we may need cooperate to provide more information to customs such as provide paper work.
