Refund policy
Return Policy:
This policy is valid for items within 30 natural days after receiving.
We want you to enjoy the shopping experience with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you can notify us within 30 natural days via the contact form on our 'Contact Us' page or write email to us at: info@preciselamp.com with your purchase information such as order number, merchandise pictures or video, the description of the return reason, etc.. Our team will provide all of the details for initiating a return including the return address.
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:
1. Please ensure that the product(s) being returned are packaged in their original packaging, and all accessories are included before sending them back.
2. To expedite the return process, please provide pictures of the outside and inside of the package before sending it back, and share with us the package tracking number to help our warehouse locate the package more efficiently.
3. We kindly ask that you handle the package carefully if you choose to return it, to ensure it is returned in its original condition.
4. Please note that we can only accept returned items in their original packaging and unused condition, as we are unable to process returns for products that have been modified, damaged, or show signs of wear and tear caused by the client.
5. Once the returned product(s) are received in good condition at our warehouse, our team will process your refund.
6. If the return reason is for quality issue or defects on the product(s), you will receive a full refund.
7. If the return is for client personal reason, such as unlike products, no longer needed, does not like the finish color or sizes, etc, you will need to cover the return cost to our warehouse as well as the first shipping cost to your destination.
Damages Defect Treatment:
We take pride in the quality of the products we offer, and while rare, defects or damages can occasionally occur.
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you anticipate storing your items for an extended period, such as during renovation or construction, it is recommended to inspect them before moving them into storage.
In the event of package damage, please accept the delivery and sign with the carrier noting the package damage. It is also advisable to take photos of the damaged package.
If damaged package caused an item or part be structurally damaged and completely unusable, please save the pictures, send a complaint to the carrier with tracking number and submit a claim to carrier. Please also update us with the case ID, we will also send complaint from our side.
For damaged item, after receiving the damaged pictures, we will send the replacement out for free or proceed refund for you.
Order Cancellation:
Within 24 hours afer you place the order, you have the option to cancel your order and will receive a full refund.
Excess 24 hours after you place the order, once your order has entered the production phase but has not been ready for shipment, the costs of production have already been incurred, as a result, in case you need cancel the order, 20% of your order amount will be deducted from refund.
In the event that your order has been set up for shipment, you will not be able to cancel it, please submit the refund request after receiving.
Refund Policy:
Our refund policy entails that refunds can only be processed through the original payment method used for the order. In the event that the initial payment method is no longer accessible, we are pleased to offer store credit equivalent to the refunded amount.
For returned items, we will spend 2~3 business days to finish the inspection after we receive the package, then we will issue the refund base on the inspection result, only the product(s) in acceptable status refund will be issued. The time that you receive the refund depend on the bank and credit card company that you use, normally is 7~10 days, rare case may up to 30 days.
Note: if your order is a customized one which are built to your specifications immediately upon order placement, as a result, at any time the order cannot be canceled or returned, otherwise no less than 50% of your order amount will not be refuned.
